At the end of every academic year, SOURCE publishes an Annual Report that summarizes its work for that year. The report highlights the results of SOURCE's work, but does not fully encompass it — there are some benefits that no number can express.

Hiring report

In spring 2021, SOURCE revamped its Associate Consultant hiring process to improve its accessibility and inclusivity. The following report details some of the key changes made and the impact of those changes. While SOURCE still must work towards becoming a truly inclusive and accessible organization, we are excited for the momentum this new hiring process created.
